Wouldn’t it be nice if you could give your dog a bath and then get her to shake before leaving the tub? You probably can!

Try blowing gently on her ear…this triggers a shake reflex in most dogs. You’ll probably get one good shake…in my experience, if you try to do it over and over again, it seems to quit working and just irritates the dog.

Want to try to keep a dog from shaking? Hold his head. Shakes start at the head and work their way back through the body. If you can keep his head from moving too much, you have a good chance at stopping the shake.
